Welcome to the Cupping with Silicone Cups Workshop! This course introduces an effective therapeutic technique designed to release tension, improve circulation, and support recovery for your clients. Using easy-to-learn methods with silicone cups, you will gain the skills to confidently integrate cupping into your massage practice.
In this hands-on workshop, participants will explore the science behind cupping in simple, practical terms—learning how it works, when to use it, and when it’s best avoided. You’ll practice a variety of techniques including static cupping for trigger points, glide cupping for broader fascial release, and flash cupping for sensitive clients. Special focus will be given to target areas such as the neck, back, arms, and legs—the regions where clients often need the most relief.
Professional standards are emphasized throughout the course, covering hygiene and sanitizing protocols, client communication and informed consent, and essential safety considerations. Whether you’re brand new to cupping or simply curious about incorporating it into your sessions, this workshop builds confidence step by step in a supportive, practical environment.
