Welcome to the Table Thai/Sports Stretching Fusion CE Workshop. Most modern sports stretching techniques have roots in traditional Thai Massage. This course integrates PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) or active assisted stretching techniques with Table Thai massage to combine the best of both worlds.

Learn effective methods to alleviate lower back problems and address the problematic piriformis muscle, often the culprit behind sciatica. This course will enhance and complement your bodywork sessions, providing techniques that are beneficial for athletes and the older demographic alike.
