Welcome to the Thumb-Free Deep Tissue Massage Workshop! This intermediate course offers Massage Therapists essential tools to provide deep, therapeutic pressure without risking strain or injury—ensuring comfort for both the client and therapist. With 8 NCBMTM Certified CE Hours, this course focuses on “Thumb-Free” techniques, emphasizing safe body mechanics and ergonomic principles to prevent injury while delivering effective results.

In this workshop, participants will gain an in-depth understanding of hand and arm anatomy and explore techniques for deep tissue work on the neck, back, arms, hands, legs, and feet without depending solely on thumb pressure.
