This intermediate course offers Massage Therapists essential tools to provide deep, therapeutic pressure without risking strain or injury—ensuring comfort for both the client and therapist. With 8 NCBMTM Certified CE Hours, this course focuses on “Thumb-Free” techniques, emphasizing safe body mechanics and ergonomic principles to prevent injury while delivering effective results.

In this workshop, participants will gain an in-depth understanding of hand and arm anatomy and explore techniques for deep tissue work on the neck, back, arms, hands, legs, and feet without depending solely on thumb pressure.
